Paul's + Café was born out of late-night conversations and early-morning coffee runs. We saw a gap — not just in the market, but in the way people experienced their daily cup. It wasn't just about caffeine; it was about a moment of pause in an otherwise chaotic world.
We source our beans from small farms that value sustainability. We roast in small batches to preserve the character of every origin. And we bottle our lattes by hand because we believe the details matter.
Our journey begins as a premium Cloud Kitchen on August 10, 2026, delivering our hand-brewed coffees, specialty lattes, and healthy breakfasts all over Bangalore. Following this delivery phase, we will transition into our second phase: launching our physical, offline café flagships where our community can gather, work with high-speed Wi-Fi, and share moments together.
